As Corporate Identity becomes the strategic concept the organization of a uniform organisational culturerand/or a uniform enterprise appearance designates. This concerns the summary the enterprise to reason which is appropriate of the business philosophy.

Goals of the Corporate Identity are:

  • Increase of the coworker motivation by identification of the coworkers with the enterprise

  • Positioning of the enterprise at the market

  • Increase of the name recognition as well as the customer satisfaction

The development of a Corporate Identity is suitable both for large-scale enterprise, mid-sized, and for small enterprises.

The Corporate Identity consists of the following elements:

  • Corporate Communications

  • Corporate Behaviour (to enterprise-associated uniform adjustment of the behavior of all):

    Here it is important that the coworkers internalize the Corporate Behaviour by internal training courses, defaults, meetings etc. and also actually convert the Corporate Behaviour carried outward.

  • Corporate Culture:

    The Corporate Culture consists of the values and standards of the enterprise, express themselves in practice by the way of the work and/or the met decisions.

  • Corporate Design: the outside and internal appearance of the enterprise (u.a.Firmenlogo, visiting cards, writing paper, enterprise brochure, advertisement etc.)
